The Italian territory is very varied and offers different types of property depending on whether you prefer cultural cities, seaside locations, mountains or the countryside.

Each Italian region has its own tourist proposals and its own peculiarities in terms of the hotels and accommodation property market.

Once you have established the type of location, you can start searching for the desired type of property.

Finding hotels for sale in Italy is an operation that can be carried out with the help of specialised professionals and legal advice.

Most often the legal expert will also be able to indicate deals that include ready-made structures, perhaps already in operation.

The process of acquiring a hotel in Italy.

When deciding to purchase a hotel in Italy, it will be advisable to first carry out:

1) A due diligence on the property in order to verify compliance with regulations.

2) A due diligence on the eventual owner company in case of acquisition of the latter or of the shares.

Once the due diligence has been successfully carried out, it will be possible to start negotiations with the seller.

Before making the purchase, however, it will be advisable to choose between the various solutions offered by Italian company law for doing business in Italy.

The legal advisor will guide you through the best solution according to your case through a procedure for the acquisition or establishment of a new company or the acquisition of the property.

Acquiring hotels for sale in Italy is a complex path that involves a number of steps, but which certainly ensures a return over time.
